Costs of participation

Participating in Wellness World Expo can be done with your own stand or with a standard stand building (shell scheme), offered for rent by the organisation.

The tradeshow floors are covered with gray carpet.

price for space only €95,- per m2 ex. VAT

price for shell scheme €135,- per m2 ex. VAT (includes lighting and standard stand building)

An electrical connection can be offered for € 105,- per connection.

The costs for supplementary services (telephone, water, furniture, etc.) are listed on a separate form, sent to you after registrating as an exhibitor.
 

Plan

About 3 weeks before the show the plan of the tradeshow floor will be published on the internet. In this plan the exhibitors and their positions on the floor can be seen. Also possible free space is shown.

Tuesday 12th of May, from 08.00 to 20.00 hours
Friday 15th of May, from 08.00 to 14.00 hours

Decorating the shell scheme stands can be done on Tuesday the 12th of May from 12.00 to 20.00 o'clock.

All the stands have to be ready on wendnesday the 13th of May at 09.30 o'clock.

Built down
Thursday 14th of May aftter 17.30 hours.
Friday 15th of May from 8.00 till 14.00 o'clock.
 

Supplementary information

Exhibitors will recieve a certain amount of badges for standcrew. The number of crew and their names must be passed on beforehand. For specific questions about transport of materials or other queries, you can turn to the organisation.
