Costs of participation

Participating in Wellness World Expo can be done with your own stand or with a standard stand building (shell scheme), offered for rent by the organisation.

price for shell scheme €115,- per m2 ex. VAT (includes lighting and standard stand building)

This includes: walls, carpet, lighting, 1 table, 3 chairs, presentation desk, extra electricity, company name,

parking ticket. 

Plan

About 6 weeks before the show the plan of the tradeshow floor will be published on the internet. In this plan the exhibitors and their positions on the floor can be seen. Also possible free space is shown.

Decorating your stand
Tuesday 15th of May, from 13.00 till 18.00 hrs.
Wednesday 16th of May, from 07.30 till 10.45 hrs.

Thursday 17th of May, after show closing time 

Supplementary information

Exhibitors will recieve a certain amount of badges for standcrew. The number of crew and their names must be passed on beforehand. For specific questions about transport of materials or other queries, you can turn to the organisation.
